SV Shearwater
During the summer of 2024, a 2005 Island Packet SV hail “Shearwater” broke free from her mooring in Rockport Harbor, Maine. The boat was blown onto the beach, resulting in minor damage. It is currently at our shop for repairs over the winter months in preparation for the 2025 sailing season. The JBW crew is performing fiberglass repairs, applying new bottom paint, and repairing the teak and stainless steel on the toe rail. Additionally, they are giving the vessel a stunning new paint job in a majestic blue color.
